Terms and Conditions

1.APPLICABLE CONDITIONS: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these conditions shall prevail over any conditions stipulated by the buyer and in the placing of an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
2.PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION: Details of products available, pricing, carriage costs and minimum order values are all shown on the compnaies relevant pricelists.
3.ORDERS should be submitted through the website, any telephone orders are to be confirmed in writing.
4.PRICES:Orders are accepted on the basis that the goods will be billed at prices ruling on the date of order.
5.CLAIMS: Claims for delivery shortages or damage can only be considered if given in writing by the customer within 5 days of date of delivery.
6:OWNERSHIP OF GOODS: Ownership of the goods does not pass from John Glover Ltd until they have been paid for in in full, and the company reserves the right to take the appropriate action to recover any such goods.
7:DELIVERY DATES: While the company will make every effort to effect delivery within a quoted period, it can accept no liability should such period be exceeded.
8:FORCE MAJEURE:If the company is unable to supply the goods by reason of events beyond its control, including (but without limitation) Act of God, war, hostilities, riot, civil commotion or any government restriction, order or regulation or statutory prohibition. The specified delivery dates shall be extended for a period equal to the delay caused by such events.
9 APPLICABLE LAW:These conditions and each and every contract between John Glover Ltd and the customer shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
