In the event that you receive an item due to an error on our part or one which is faulty, we will refund your postage costs in returning the item to us. See returns & refunds below for details on how to return a defective item to us.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.
Please send us a copy of your invoice with the product(s). The product must be in resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please note, however, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned item. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order before you receive the item(s), please email or telephone customer services with your order number.
Damaged Items
In the event of items being damaged in transit, these must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Photographs of the damged items and packaging must then be forwarded to us by email, fax or post, within a further five days for the refund/replacement to be processed. Refunds/replacements will be completed within seven days of the receipt of the photographs subject to stock.
