Delivery Information

All Items are dispatched via Royal mail or Courier dependant on weight, normal delivery times are between 1-4 working days. However this is subject to stock.

• For 24 hour delivery please contact Customer Services on 0113 279 39 33 for a quotation
• Delivery days are complete working days (Monday to Friday) from the day we receive the order
• Orders placed after 12 noon are regarded as being received by us on the next working day
• Overseas / Non UK Mainland please contact Customer Services on 0113 2793933  before placing an order to confirm we are able to deliver to your country
• Dinnerware and cutlery are often special order, therefore anticipated delivery on these items may be up to 7 days
• Normal item delivery will take place between 1-4 days from order, however if you have a specific delivery requirement please telephone or email customer services.
